This backyard garden shed/garage was transformed into a bright, innovative new space that our client loved.

The Studio first needed to be moved over by 2 feet prior to restoration.  Then a new foundation was poured to support new walls, new windows, French doors, and a dormer for additional light.  The walls were insulated with spray foam to make the interior space more comfortable year round and covered externally with some Hardie cement lap siding.  The electrical wiring was expanded upon to add pot lights and receptacles for a variety of uses.

We thoroughly enjoyed this reconstruction and know that this space will provide our client with years of enjoyment!
