A large 20x20 addition on this brick home gave this family much needed space to entertain and relax. The basement was heavily insulated and a radiant heat floor system added for extra comfort. One of the basement walls was transformed into a custom climbing wall for the kids, with the climbing holds even continuing onto an adjacent door leading to storage. 

The main floor already had a well designed kitchen previously looking out onto the backyard through a small window. With careful craftsmanship, we modified the backsplash and counter to now look out onto the big great room. This room features a stunning 20’ wide built in with custom doors, solid oak counters, integrated surround sound and gas fireplace!
