Our client wanted to have a more open view to their backyard and expand upon their outdoor space.

To integrate the interior house with the exterior space required a great vision and excellent execution.  We rebuilt the back of the house to have a very large window and new door that looked out upon a brand new, spacious deck and some fantastic landscaping.  The new window and door invite you to go outside and enjoy the backyard.

The main floor deck was built with planters, privacy screen, and a pergola while the upstairs balcony was expanded and made more usable (and private) for our client.

This was such a dramatic change to the house and backyard that made it a truly enjoyable place to spend time.
